In December 2023, Yedidim's Yavne branch welcomed high school students through a community involvement program. Training introduced them to the national call center and the volunteers who turn incoming calls into practical help.
Alongside experienced dispatchers, students practiced answering real calls and recording assistance requests in the organization's app. The initiative offered young people a hands-on way to contribute to their community.
